Example of a MINOR restoration

In this example, the photograph had faded badly and virtually all the colour information had been lost. The photo was therefore converted into black and white and contrast and tonal changes were made to bring it back to life.

I think this photograph had been sitting in someone's back pocket for a while! It was bent and torn, but since most of the damage was located in the sky area, this was relatively simple to repair.

This old studio portrait had been badly attacked by moths, which had eaten chunks out of the surface.

Here, the client wanted everyone except the bride and groom removed and the result transformed into a more formal wedding portrait. This included the construction of a hand for the groom and part of the bride's arm.
